Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or social services with certification or licensure in area of specialization (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LPAT).
• Four to six years direct clinical experience, including four years post-master’s clinical experience; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of assigned staff including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Performs clinical services including therapy programs and techniques (group, individual, family, crisis intervention).
• Maintains service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports) per standards.
• Conducts case reviews and develops treatment plans and after-care plans as needed.
• Collaborates with schools, families, physicians, and health agencies regarding client needs.
• Attends staff and treatment planning meetings; contributes to program development.
