As a Youth Service Worker, you will function as a member of the Inpatient Team providing direct care services that are client-centered, strengths-based, and professional. This position provides for the supervision and safety of our clients while in our care, providing normalcy activities for growth and well-being. Youth Service Workers establish a therapeutic relationship with clients based on trust and respect.
