Job summary

The Police Athletic League (PAL) of New York City seeks a Youthlink Activity Specialist focused on service learning for high school youth. You will design and lead service-learning projects, coordinate volunteer opportunities, and foster civic engagement and leadership development in a safe, inclusive environment.

Reporting to the Teen Supervisor, you’ll build partnerships with schools and community groups, facilitate reflection activities, monitor participation, and ensure accessibility for

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with high school-aged youth in youth development, education, volunteer management, or service-learning programs.
• Experience planning and coordinating volunteer projects or civic engagement activities with youth.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
