Job description

MHA in Ulster seeks a full time (35 hours per week) Youth Respite Worker to provide temporary and specialized care working directly with youth experiencing social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. The Youth Respite Worker will provide respite by involving the child(ren) in structured recreational and skill building activities while caring for the child in the community in absence of primary caregiver. The Youth Respite Worker is required to document contacts in a progress note and attend scheduled respite meetings.

Schedule is Monday – Friday: 11:30am - 7pm. Candidate must have some flexibility based on the client's schedule.

The pay rate for this position is $20.83.
