Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support recreational and social activities.
• Lead milieu staff within a structured routine with youth, alongside case manager and clinical staff.
• Engage youth based on behavioral intervention plans.
• Observe, document, and acknowledge positive behaviors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
