Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience in the field working with youth.
• Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is required.

Responsibilities

• Residential Counselors manage day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Engage participants in daily activities and supervise them.
• Provide crisis intervention, case management/advocacy, and complete related documentation.
