A community care organization is seeking a Direct Care Counselor (Relief) for their Transitional Housing Program in Bradford, New Hampshire. Responsibilities

• Relief Direct Care Counselors are needed to work with our participants in our residential program.
• Candidates should be creative, energetic, positive, independent workers who enjoy working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or experience in Human Services or related field and prior experience working with adults with mental illness preferred.
