NFI North is seeking a Direct Care Counselor/Behavioral Health Professional for Bridge Crossing, our residential program serving youth ages 5-14 in a K-8 school setting. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment and support learning and daily activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or 90 college credits in human services or related fields and have experience with youth in residential or day treatment.

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 90 college credits in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, early childhood education or equivalent.
• Strong listening and communication skills are required.
• Creative mindset and the ability to engage youth effectively.
• Positive team dynamics and collaboration with staff are essential.
