Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain program standards as set by funders and accreditors.
• Monitor self-administration of client medications.
• Collaborate with co-workers and clients effectively.
• Assist residents in daily living activities.
• Prepare and facilitate educational skill-building groups.
• Coordinate care with providers and families.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
