You will work as part of a collaborative team, maintaining professional boundaries and bringing energy and creativity to day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in Human Services or related field; prior experience working with adolescents preferred.
• Preferred: Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, healthy relationships with participants and motivate youth to recognize their potential.
• Engage youth in sports, activities and life skills as a role model, mentor and coach.
• Work as part of a team with good professional boundaries and an active personality.
