A mental health services provider is seeking a Residential Counselor for its program supporting youth aged 10-20. Responsibilities include maintaining a supportive environment, supervising residents, and providing crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
