Job summary

Arbor Circle in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Regular Part-Time Youth Residential professional to provide quality, youth-centered care in a short-term shelter setting. You will support youth ages at risk of homelessness with crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, experience with diverse populations, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience working with children and diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible availability and ability to work 1st–3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, youth-centered care in a short-term shelter setting.
• Assist with crisis intervention, screening, and assessment.
• Deliver counseling and case management services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support youth trajectories.
