Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ previous work-related experience preferred.
• Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Criminal record clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program participants to ensure safety.
• Implement elements of positive youth development to promote resiliency.
• Set and enforce rules and expectations in programming.
• Conduct daily one-on-one check-ins with residents and families.
