Job summary

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is hiring Line Staff in Glenn Heights, TX to supervise clients and maintain a safe, structured environment. You will conduct group activities and mentor youth in daily life skills like cooking, cleaning and schoolwork, following house rules and supporting emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Drug test required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct group and recreational activities.
• Mentor youth in daily life skills (cooking, cleaning, schoolwork).
• Uphold house rules and expectations.
• Support emotional and behavioral growth of clients.
• Assist with outings, appointments and community activities.
