Arbor Circle is seeking dedicated professionals to provide youth-centered care in a short-term shelter setting for youth and young adults at risk of homelessness. The role includes crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management, rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, have experience with diverse populations, and can work 1st–3rd shifts with a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social work or related field.
• Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexible Availability.
• Ability to work on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as scheduled.

• Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults.
• Deliver crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management services.
• Support operations in a short-term shelter setting with trauma-informed approaches.
