Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking staff to oversee residential living at the Clearfield Job Corps Center. You will coordinate programs, monitor dorm life, maintain records, and ensure student well-being in alignment with federal and center directives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of youth-related experience, and a valid driver's license. The team supports youth growth while maintaining safety and orderly operations.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED is required.
• One year experience working with youth preferred.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsabilités

• Program coordination, student discipline, and preparation of records and reports regarding the living quarters of students and staff assigned to the residential living department in compliance with government and management directives.
• Monitor group living conditions, evaluate situations and conditions inside the dorms and make decisions and recommendations.
• Ensure completion of duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations for assigned shift.
• Assist with residential advisor functions as necessary to ensure safety and appropriate student behavior within the dorm.
• Coordinate activities of dorms, including recreation and entertainment on and off center, dorm competitions, dorm courts and after hour tutoring and learning activities.
