Job summary

GEO Reentry Services, LLC seeks a Facilitator to provide direct support within the Youth Supportive and Rehabilitative Program at the Merced Juvenile Justice Complex. You will lead psycho-educational groups, manage caseloads, and model evidence-based practices to promote successful community reentry.

You will develop service plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with partners to ensure effective outcomes for participants and families within a residential-to-community transition framework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services discipline or equivalent preferred.
• Up to one year experience providing services to adult or juvenile treatment populations.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and current community corrections practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English using correct grammar.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must maintain security clearance for facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead psycho-educational groups on a daily basis.
• Maintain a participant caseload with service plans.
• Enforce program norms, rules, and behavioral standards.
• Develop service plans through identified resources for transition to community.
• Prepare written personalized programs and track progress.
• Prepare reports on participant behavior and progress.
• Assist participants with housing, education, and employment needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant files.
