The South Carolina Department of Corrections seeks a YOPRS supervisor to oversee counseling staff and rehabilitative planning for at-risk youth. You will mentor staff, ensure evidence-based practices, and coordinate group and individual counseling aligned with reintegration goals.

Responsibilities include audits, release recommendation review, and participation in multidisciplinary meetings, with required training to meet Youthful Offender Act standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant program experience.
• Bachelor's degree in guidance, counseling, or social sciences required.
