• Knowledge of adolescent development and teen pregnancy prevention.
• Experience with youth development and outreach.
• General computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Aufgaben

• Recruit youth to participate in the JMUPREIS program across Virginia.
• Establish and cultivate connections with site staff at Virginia social service sites and foster care agencies.
• Track site policies and recruitment eligibility procedures.
• Develop and implement site-specific student recruitment plans.
• Monitor and assist with individual recruitment plans at each site.
• Troubleshoot recruitment challenges with partner sites.
• Travel to up to 4 sites per month for in-person follow-ups with contacts and youth.
