Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• 1 year related experience working with youth.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet insurability for student transport.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, lifting and carrying.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the supervision of a comprehensive and diverse recreation program.
• Coordinate recreation activities with Career Preparation Period and Social Development staff.
• Coordinate programs with Center and local community resources.
• Ensure safe practices and program compliance within safety guidelines.
• Document student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and facilities; support purchases as needed.
