Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct childcare experience preferred.
• Must pass Criminal History Record Clearance & Child Abuse History Clearance; valid driver's license required.
• Must pass Physical & Drug screening and complete KidsPeace training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe and effective management of recreation facilities across KidsPeace campuses.
• Guide clients through campus activities such as hikes, bike rides, ropes course, and other outdoor experiences.
