Job summary

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant program experience working with children in a physical education and/or recreational setting, preferably with the blind, deaf and/or sensory multi-disabled student population.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and conducts instructional activities to ensure on-task performance during planned recreational activities.
• Prepares weekly schedules and provides reports to the Director of Residential Life.
• Maintains attendance records and supervises students during planned activities and instruction.
• Leads weekly instruction, presentations, character education, and educational field trips in the RLS program.
• Develops and maintains documentation on a variety of recreational activities.
