Qualifications

• Three years of experience supervising recreation, athletics, youth development, or related program preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth or young adults, particularly at-risk or underserved populations, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), preferably with a passenger endorsement, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop recreation staff while establishing clear expectations for performance and accountability.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee recreation, leisure-learning, athletic, and student engagement activities.
• Develop monthly and weekly recreation schedules that provide students with a variety of structured and engaging activities.
• Seek student input and use participation trends to strengthen recreation programming.
• Maintain accountability for recreation equipment, supplies, facilities, and other assigned resources.
