Job summary

Nexus Family Healing seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead our new 14-bed Youth Psychiatric Residential Treatment facility in Eugene, Oregon. You will supervise Milieu Supervisors and staff, coordinate treatment planning, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.

This onsite role offers stable full-time work, competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement as the program grows in partnership with the Oregon Health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or HS diploma with 5+ years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a community-based program or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or above; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities.
• Open to meeting cultural needs of individuals or communities.
• Completed three-part Nonviolent Crisis Intervention exam and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staff-to-client ratios to maximize treatment.
• Plan and schedule clients’ daily treatment services, visits, and events.
• Identify and analyze program risk factors; implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate changes supporting therapy.
• Communicate care changes to families and treatment teams.
• Coach staff on trauma-informed care, planning, and documentation.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training and evaluations.
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate client records.
