City of Richland Hills is seeking a customer service and program operations assistant to plan and direct summer camps and after-school activities, greet visitors, answer phones, tour prospective memberships, and assist with rentals while supporting the management team. The role requires strong communication, staff supervision, event setup, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe recreation center.

You will work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to ensure programs run

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and customer service experience.
• Prefer two years of college in childcare, recreation, or related field and some supervision experience.
• Must be willing to work as part of a team and provide high level of service to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and direct day-to-day operations for school-age childcare programs.
• Monitor and apply city policies, industry standards, and state laws relevant to childcare.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate instructors, staff, and volunteers.
