Good Game Collective is seeking a full-time sales-focused role in Millcreek, UT. You will own the sales process from inquiry to enrollment for private lessons, camps, and other offerings, supported by the wider Good Game team.

You are passionate about selling, enjoy working with families, and can explain programs clearly. BA/BS is required; evenings and weekends may be needed during peak seasons to help families enroll.

Competenze

• BA or BS degree is required.
• Experience selling to families in youth sports, camps, studios, or education helpful.
• Excellent communication with parents and families.

Mansioni

• Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through sales.
• Oversee the sales lifecycle from first inquiry to enrollment for private lessons, camps, and offerings.
• Help build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and marketing channels.
• Develop deep knowledge of programs, including ages, levels, seasons, and pricing.
• Build trust with families and help them find the right programs for their kids.
• Create playbooks and training materials to help the team succeed.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
