Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in human services and knowledge of population served.
• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years working with the targeted population.
• Degree or working towards a degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote educational, vocational and prevention groups.
• Schedule facilitators and cover in their absence.
• Coordinate activities and maintain a simple registration protocol.
• Ensure curriculum quality with annual assessments of facilitators.
• Track group data including attendance and pre/post tests.
• Assist with presentations and training of facilitators as needed.
• Support Outreach Case Manager with street outreach and RHY screenings.
• Attend required National trainings and complete RHYTAAC trainings.
• Produce monthly progress reports and assist with annual reports.
• Coordinate event calendar with Residential Director and other duties as assigned.
