Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a Community Liaison to support after-school programs by building positive relationships with participants, families, and the community. You will oversee daily sign-ins/outs, keep attendance rosters accurate, and keep the communications board current with events and schedules.

This on-site role may require trainings at various locations and occasional field trips. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive, with strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive candidate with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate attendance and roster records.
• Comfortable presenting to staff and peers during trainings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are in a safe environment and foster inclusivity.
• Assist sign-in/out procedures and communicate with families.
• Monitor attendance and engagement of participants in activities.
• Organize registration forms and site information binders.
• Assist with cycle reports and other required documentation.
• Support-site events and substitute when needed.
• Build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and trainings, including required certifications.
