arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking Program Leaders to support youth programs across the Greater San Diego Area. This role offers $23.00 per hour, up to 25 hours weekly, with a five-day schedule and built-in prep time.

You will gain varied experiences by working with different age groups and teams, helping programs run smoothly and safely. Ideal candidates will jump into new environments, create engaging activities, manage behavior, and build strong relationships quickly.
