Job summary

The Lead Youth Program Assistant will support the Youth Director to plan and run all youth programs and summer camps, ensuring safety and adherence to club rules, while fostering a welcoming and enjoyable environment for young members.

This role involves office work, planning activities, managing supplies, sign-in sheets, and coordinating with counselors. Candidates should be organized, patient, and able to communicate clearly in English; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion and ability to work with young children with safety as priority.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, patient, friendly and understanding.
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Organized, efficient and detail-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of all youth programs and activities.
• Assist with camp groups, supplies and crafts organization.
• Monitor check-ins and maintain sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Know children's allergies and enforce youth rules at all times.
• Guide youth assistants and check dress code compliance daily.
• Help with room checklists, youth closets, and supplies maintenance.
• Assist with billing, merchandise sales, voicemails and emails.
• Complete required training courses and follow CCC policies.
