Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is seeking a Child Care Group Leader: Substitute to support after-school programs across Larimer County, traveling between Club locations as needed.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma, at least three months of child-care experience, and the ability to pass background checks; bilingual Spanish and CPR are a plus. This role offers a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months (455 hours) of verified care with four or more children.
• Experience in after-school settings preferred.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and leading a variety of after-school programs.
• Help ensure safety of Club members.
• Mentor and role-model for school-aged youth.
