Job summary

Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District in Littleton is seeking Youth Programs Instructors to lead Before and After Care, Holiday Break Camps, Full Day programs and special events for K-6th graders. You will organize engaging activities, ensure safety, manage groups, and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive, learning-focused experience while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule with weekday hours.

Bilingual or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus; training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with at least three months of verified experience working with school-age students.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with flexible evenings and no weekends.
• Willingness to drive a District 14-passenger mini-bus is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement enriching activities for K-6th grade students, indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety precautions during program activities and trips.
• Communicate professionally with the supervisor, teammates, and families.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; support district behavior guidelines and positive reinforcement.
