Job summary

Roads to Success in New York City is seeking a Group Leader to supervise and engage youth in after-school programs. This part-time onsite role supports enrichment activities, academic help, meals, arrivals and dismissals, while maintaining safety and positive behavior.

You will work with staff to implement Circle of Courage values—Belonging, Independence, Mastery, Generosity—fostering inclusive, respectful relationships and developmental growth for all participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Experience with youth programs preferred.
• Ability to engage children and manage groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise participants at all times.
• Maintain safety and attendance.
• Support Circle of Courage principles.
• Lead activities and support staff.
• Assist with homework help and academic enrichment.
