Job summary

Wilson Country Club is seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Activities Leader / Youth Coordinator to create memorable experiences for our youngest members and their families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, planning engaging events, and bringing fun, creativity, and excitement to the Club.

This role involves leading summer camps and parties, helping set up and tear down, running activities for family events, and providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Current CPR & First Aid Certification or willing to obtain.
• Ability to respond to feedback to continuously improve services provided to members.
• Previous experience in child/youth setting and/or guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads & helps run summer camps, parties and special events.
• Helps with setup & tear down for parties, camps and events.
• Runs activities for big family functions and holidays.
• Provides great guest service to members at all times.
• Works with front desk regulations and enforces policies.
