Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Dallas, TX seeks a case management professional to support the WIOA Youth program by determining eligibility and coordinating services. You will verify documentation, assess training needs, and ensure proper data entry in the system.

Responsibilities include collaboration with education partners, conducting outreach, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies. Travel up to 50% within Dallas County; schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or comparable years of case management and job matching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Familiarity with workforce programs (SNAP, TANF, WIOA, NCP, RESEA, TAA, SEAL).
• Demonstrate reliability and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enrollment in Career Office federally funded services.
• Work with a cross-functional team to demonstrate knowledge of services and labor market information.
• Coordinate activities with partners and employers.
• Interview customers to assess training needs and eligibility for benefits.
• Determine eligibility according to local, state, and federal policies.
• Collect and verify documentation and perform data entry in real time.
• Document counselor notes on eligibility status in the case file.
• Ensure updates to guidelines are adhered to and complete program enrollment requirements.
