Justice Resource Institute in Lowell seeks a Program Director for the GRIP Program, a group home for adolescents requiring trauma-informed care. You will oversee residential, clinical and nursing services and provide leadership to Administrative Team including Directors, ensuring high-quality services to youth and families.

The role includes strong operations oversight, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory partners, and guiding staff toward the program's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years at management level.
• This position may require you to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to the staff including oversight of the residential, clinical and nursing services to ensure trauma-informed care across all domains.
• Provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and supervise the Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors.
• Be responsible for the provision of all services to youth and families, including residential, educational and clinical services.
• Oversee the operations of all youth services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.
