Job summary

YMCA of Lincoln is seeking passionate Youth Dance Instructors to provide a safe, supportive environment where kids learn basic dance skills and stay active. Instructors will plan activities, lead classes, mentor youth, and model positive behaviors.

You will engage with families, discuss progress with parents, and collaborate with a team that values flexibility, growth opportunities, and a welcoming work environment. Free YMCA membership is available for qualified staff.

• Interacting with and supervising youth and providing role modeling and mentoring through demonstration of and participation in activities.

Our Youth Dance Instructors provide youth with a safe, supportive and fun environment to learn and develop basic dance skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
