Job summary

SquashBusters in Boston is seeking a Program Coordinator to support day-to-day administration, scheduling, and program delivery for our afterschool and summer activities. You will collaborate with the Program Director, Academic Lead, and Squash Lead to ensure safe, organized programming for middle school and high school students.

Key duties include family communication, data management, inventory control, and coordinating volunteers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an academic, sports, or afterschool setting.
• Passion for working with young people and building trusting relationships with youth and families.
• Ability to drive and transport students in SQB vehicles with a valid license.
• Existing eligibility to work in the U.S. and willingness to work until 7:00 PM Mon–Thu and 4 PM Sat.
• Annual salary of $50,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage program calendar with PD input to staff events.
• Handle student and family paperwork, waivers, and forms.
• Track attendance, data entry, and progress toward goals.
• Recruit and schedule volunteers, manage schedules and trackers.
• Transport students to practice and supervise program delivery.
• Print daily schedules and communicate with families about absences.
• Support social media and outreach to enhance SQB visibility.
