BGCCVA is seeking a Youth Development Professional to plan, prepare, and implement developmentally appropriate programs for youth members at Albemarle Campus Club. This part-time, nonexempt role supports safety, positive relationships, and alignment with the BGCCVA mission, serving groups of 15+ youths aged 5–18.
You will facilitate indoor and outdoor activities, apply Weikart strategies, enforce rules, monitor safety, report concerns to leadership, and participate in special events.

Compensation Type: Hourly
Salary Range: $15-$17/hr
Hours per Week: 1-29
The Youth Development Professional is responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing developmentally appropriate programs and activities for youth members of the Club. The Youth Development Professional ensures the emotional and physical safety of groups of a minimum of 15 youth members, developing healthy and supportive relationships with all Club members and modeling academic success, health and well-being, and character and leadership with youth. Youth Development Professionals are responsible for delivering the optimal Club experience for all members, focusing on the mission and core values of BGCCVA.
This position reports to the Unit Director.
