Qualifications

• Referee, coach, or supervise various sports programs.
• Enforce YMCA policy and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per YMCA policies.
• Complete incident reporting.
• Provide inclusive instruction based on best practices.
• Set up and put away equipment before/after programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster member connections.
• Complete required trainings within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Be welcoming, nurturing, and inclusive for all members and guests.
• Maintain safety of children in facilities and programs with proper supervision.
• Report and address safety concerns and incidents.
• Collaborate with staff as part of a team.
