Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Nurtures children through purposeful programming focused on achievement and belonging.
• Maintain close supervision of assigned children and adhere to ratios.
• Use positive discipline and redirection to manage behavior.
• Promote inclusion and ADA compliance where appropriate.
• Plan and implement classes, culminating in a showcase at session end.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, records, and program standards.
• Build relationships with parents and engage volunteers.
