Job summary

A community youth development organization in Kershaw is seeking a part-time Program Aide/Specialist. This role involves planning and supervising activities, mentoring youth, and ensuring the safety and quality of programs. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for youth development, and ideally have bilingual abilities in English and Spanish. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with prior experience preferred. Work hours are from 2-6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience.
• Understanding of the Club's philosophy, vision, and goals.
• Ability to perform multi-faceted projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise programs and activities.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Keep records of participants, schedules, and attendance.
