Job summary

A youth development organization is seeking a part-time Program Specialist/Aid Subs to oversee activities and programs in after-school and recreational settings in South Carolina. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or college degree along with some program delivery experience. The position is critical in providing guidance and fostering positive relationships with youth while ensuring the safety and quality of programs offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience.
• Comfortable performing multi-faceted projects with day-to-day activities.
• Must hold a current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise programs and activities.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Keep records of participants, schedules, attendance, and program results.

Skills
