Job summary

City of Baltimore is seeking a YouthWorks service delivery coordinator to support a unit of 30–50 worksites and 500–700 youth. You will assist with applications, registrations, and payroll-related tasks while ensuring compliance and accurate data entry.

The role is in-person, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with some evenings/weekends as needed. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Three years in human services with youth programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct calls to the right person or unit.
• Conduct site visits to partner locations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist youth and worksites with YW applications and registrations.
• Manage timesheets and payroll related inquiries.
• Organize documents and maintain YouthWorks system files.
• Run daily reports and maintain daily work logs.
• Coordinate YouthWorks events and program tasks.
• Operate office equipment and support program staff.
