Responsibilities

• Monitors the safety and security of youth at all times, performing scheduled unit walks and responding to crises.
• Administers medication, CPR and first aid; records vital signs and maintains Med Room supplies.
• Documents nightly and significant incidents per policy.
• Inspects the unit for maintenance issues and performs housekeeping duties.
• Stocks units, linen rooms and supply areas; oversees laundry and secure state clothing.
• Maintains hand-off communication between shifts and enforces program rules per policy.
