Job summary

ICAN is a nationally recognized nonprofit providing free out-of-school time programs for East Valley youth. The Program Site Supervisor will lead a team, oversee enrollment, attendance, and the program budget, ensuring safe, engaging activities aligned with our curriculum.

You will recruit and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a positive learning environment while collaborating with HR and the Program Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year direct management experience required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in program facilitation and implementation required.
• Staff development experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Minimum of 21 years old and valid AZ driver’s license.
• Dependable vehicle with proof of current AZ registration and valid insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of youth program leaders to execute activities and implement curriculum.
• Oversee recruitment for program enrollment; track attendance and manage site budget.
