Job summary

ICAN: Positive Programs for Youth in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day teen activities, schedules, and logistics across multiple locations. You will work directly with 7th–12th graders, coordinate transportation, field trips, and materials, and support a friendly, inclusive environment that helps teens stay engaged and safe.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong organizational skills, experience with teens, and the ability to collaborate with site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with teens in youth development or related setting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience coordinating programs, activities, schedules or events.
• Minimum of 2 years experience facilitating structured curriculum with teens.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day teen program operations, schedules, transportation, field trips and logistics.
• Facilitate research-based curriculum and activities, mentoring teens and supporting homework and college readiness.
• Promote a safe, engaging environment; build positive relationships with teens, families, volunteers and staff.
