Job summary

ICAN is seeking a dynamic Program Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, lead a team of youth program leaders, and ensure high‑quality programming for East Valley youth. You will drive recruitment, track attendance, oversee budgeting, and uphold a safe, engaging learning environment aligned with ICAN’s mission.

The role emphasizes professional development, program quality, and collaboration with schools and volunteers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 year direct management experience
Minimum 3 years experience in program facilitation and implementation
Staff development experience preferred
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Minimum of 21 years old and valid AZ driver’s license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Passion for cultivating the full potential of others
Demonstrate humility, respect and positivity
Consistent ability to say what you mean and do what you say

Responsibilities

Lead professional development and performance reviews for site staff.
