Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a part-time Youth Development Professional to plan and lead activities across Academic Success, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, Outdoor/Environment and Physical Education.

You will foster positive youth development, provide guidance, ensure safety, and collaborate with staff while delivering engaging, age-appropriate programs; prior experience with children preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred (1–3 months).
• Plan and lead activities across program areas.
• Foster safe, inclusive environment.
