Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services (or related field) required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in varied environments (homes, outdoors, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support up to 12 probationers, ensuring compliance with court orders.
• Step in during crises and serve as a positive adult role model.
• Conduct family assessments, home visits and facilitate group programming.
• Monitor sanctions (e.g., electronic monitoring) and rewards; engage with families, schools, and agencies to connect youth with resources.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties, balancing accountability with flexibility.
